documento de identidade e CPF (originais e c\u00f3pias); diploma de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (original e c\u00f3pia); hist\u00f3rico escolar do curso de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (original e c\u00f3pia); duas fotos 3 x 4;
